Well, safe apartments in central New Jersey?
I will move to the center of Rutgers, New Jersey, near Livingston Campus. I checked the apartment on rent.com and apartmentguide.com. Prices are high, but that was expected, but apartmentratings.com scores for all the apartments that I looked absolutely terrifying. Do you have any have any experience with an apartment complex good, clean, safe and affordable in central New Jersey (preferably near the campus of Rutgers Livingston)? Thank you.
Heaven! And I lived in an apartment complex in Piscataway, and my sister and her husband lived in a neighboring apartment complex. None of us had a great experience. They were the oldest buildings and was accustomed necessary repairs, but then we have cockroaches. Both apartment complexes had Bulgaria and a number of car theft / vandalism. I was terrified of the laundry in the basement, so I ended up going to the Laundromat a completely different. Apartment my real sister was stolen and unfortunately all their valuables were stolen. We have often heard of car thefts and robberies. My sister and her husband did not move to an apartment on the border Sayreville Parlin. Fared better in that department, and felt more secure because they had a son at that time. You can do better player in the apartments not in a complex, but 2 or 3 family home. I could give a better sense of security knowing that he is someone's private home and want to maintain its value. My friend was lucky to rental unit on the ground floor of a 2-family home in Perth Amboy incredibly cheap. It is easily accessible and off the road to get to Rutgers. Good luck!
