I do not know hot to create a green tree frog enclosure?
I have a license from frog and I like to set up a green tree frog enclosure. What I need to do this and how much would it cost? also how do I set the site up.
Where are you need a liscense? What size are you looking box? In or out? I'll tell you, with the assumption that it is a small pet enclousure, inside, and the information base, since I do not know exactly what type of green tree frog. For more details check out some forums. All tree frogs need high humidity, I recommend a lord or fogger. You will also need substrate that will fit easily. One that I found to be very cheap, It is the easy and coconut shells. The box size can vary with the species, and how many will be maintained. You will need a configuration that allows air to flow by maintaining the mold, and tight enough so the little buggers can not squeeze. All frogs breathe and "drink" through their skin, especially tree frogs. They like to climb, so the branches, vines, or something to climb on the need. Plants are also important, some tree frogs, even change the colors with their surroundings, so having different colors will provide a greater "showability." A water fountain is a must! I used a plate water, which is easily removed for cleaning, changing of skin, poop, insects and fall of die and substrate dirty water. Another good thing is an underwater filter for water, but can be a bit expensive when you're watching a piece of change to begin. Another thing that may be important to your frog is a hidden space, be it a cave, chunck excavated record, half a pot of clay, whatever, always good to have something private and safe. You also have to think about food, you can not call 500 crickets online and throw them in! Too much food, and food can get to eat the frog! Remember small load any feeder insects before feeding. Also do not place the camera directly in front of a window, may overheat. For the most inexpensive and best customer service to the LLL Reptile.
