Does anyone know how I can get Ahold of Illinois Central Railroad Company?
I am working on a project in which I will try to solve an old caboose, but part of its guidelines is that I be kept in its previous state and the color and such, but when I researched them on the internet i just found historical place and I do not think I can reach the right person out there please help!
